Homecoming.

Eight weeks to find your way back to the life you are already living.

Somewhere along the way, most of us left. Not physically — we are still here, still doing, still moving. But the part of us that notices, that feels, that is actually present for our own days, quietly stepped out of the room.

Homecoming is how you come back.

Over eight weeks, in a small group, guided closely, you learn presence the way you would learn any real skill — slowly, honestly, with practice that fits inside an ordinary life. No retreat to escape to. No belief you must adopt. Just a steady return to what was always yours.

The promise

You will not become someone new. You will meet who you already are.

How it works

What you are signing up for.

Time

One evening a week

A live 90-minute session each week for eight weeks, plus about ten minutes of daily practice. Built for full lives.

Format

Live and online

Small group, real conversation, guided personally. Sessions are recorded if you must miss one.

Group

Deliberately small

We keep cohorts small so nobody is a face in a crowd. That is the point, and it is why we select.

Joining

By application

We begin with a conversation, not a payment page. Fee is shared when we speak, once we both know it fits.

The eight weeks

Step by step.

1

Arriving

An honest look at where you actually are. Not to judge it — just to see it clearly for the first time.

2

The steady body

Learning to settle yourself, physically. This is the ground everything else stands on, and most people skip it.

3

Meeting your weather

Anger, sadness, restlessness — learning to be with them instead of being carried off by them.

4

The quiet mind

Watching your thoughts rather than living inside them. The difference this makes is hard to overstate.

5

Presence with people

Being truly there — with your family, your colleagues, the person in front of you right now.

6

Clearing the sky

Noticing what covers your natural clarity, and learning to let it settle rather than fighting it.

7

Choosing freely

Finding the space between what happens and how you respond. That space is where your freedom lives.

8

Living it

Carrying all of it into an ordinary week — so it survives long after the programme ends.

Who this is for

You may recognise yourself.

The one doing everything right

Your life looks good from outside. Inside, you feel one step removed from it, and you cannot say why.

The parent

You want to be truly there for your children — not just in the room while your mind is elsewhere.

The one who has tried

You have read the books and downloaded the apps. Something in you knows there is more than technique.

The future guide

You feel called to help others find this — and you know it has to begin with your own practice.

Honest answers

Before you apply.

What does Homecoming cost?
We share the fee when we speak. We keep cohorts small and want to be certain the programme is right for you before either of us commits — so we begin with a conversation, not a payment page. If it is not the right time, we will tell you honestly.
I have tried meditation and could not keep it up.
Almost everyone has. Usually the problem is not you — it is being handed a technique without a foundation and asked to practise alone. Homecoming is eight weeks, in a small group, with a guide who knows your name.
I genuinely do not have the time.
One live session a week, and about ten minutes a day. If that is impossible, this may not be the right season — and that is a fine answer. The free weekly session will still be here when it is.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded for participants and your guide will help you catch up. Missing a week does not mean falling behind.
Do I need any experience?
None. Many people arrive having never done anything like this. The programme starts at the beginning, on purpose.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application ourselves and reply. If it looks like a fit, we will set up a short conversation — no pressure, no selling. Then you decide.

The next cohort is forming.

Places are limited, and we keep groups small on purpose. Tell us a little about yourself and we will be in touch.

Not ready yet? That is fine.

Get occasional words on being, and word of the next cohort when it opens.
